"Zutong Wang provided excellent support throughout a series of calls to troubleshoot our IPmux-14 solution. Our solution involved an IPmux at each of two different datacenters, used to transport telco PRIs across a metro network. Zutong guided the troubleshoot project including planning prior to datacenter visits to understand the application, and to guide details of console connection onsite, and for his remote access. As we did the troubleshooting, extensive knowledge of protocols, configuration, multi device connections and cabling, and troubleshooting isolation techniques were excellent.
