Udy Kashkash- President

Udy joined RAD in July 2016 bringing with him over 13 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Previously, Udy served as Vice President of Sales for Ceragon Networks, managing business development activities with strategic customers and also leading the pre-sales team. Before that, he held the position of Sales and Business Development Manager for Mobile Backhaul solutions in North America for Nokia Siemens Networks, working with the top mobile carriers, backhaul providers and cable operators in the region. Udy also held several senior R&D positions at Nokia Siemens Networks and Seabridge Ltd., developing solutions for broadband services and networks including mobile backhaul. Udy holds a B.Sc. degree in computer science.

David Spellman – Vice President of Sales, Service Provider Accounts

David Spellman joined RAD in October 2013 and is currently the Vice President of Sales for Service Provider accounts. Prior to RAD, he most recently served as Vice President of Sales for Cyan Inc., where he helped the company grow from a small startup to a successful IPO in three years. Over the course of his 30+ year career, he has held a variety of senior and executive positions with AT&T, Alcatel-Lucent, and Lucent Technologies. Spellman started his career as a Product Engineer with AT&T and completed assignments at Bell Labs and Western Electric before being selected for the AT&T Leadership Continuity Program.

Spellman completed a Bachelors of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois, and subsequently earned an MBA from the University of North Carolina. An avid runner, Spellman has completed the World Marathon Majors and regularly competes in endurance races around the world.

Kurt Wiest – Vice President of Sales – Critical Infrastructure Accounts

Kurt Wiest joined RAD in August 2017 and is currently the Vice President of Sales for Critical Infrastructure accounts. Prior to RAD, he spent time in various management and sales leadership roles with Oracle Corporation, Alcatel Lucent/Nokia, and Verizon Communications. Kurt has also spent time in network design and engineering organizations throughout his career.

Kurt attended Delaware Valley University as well as Lincoln Institute and has attained a degree in MIS Specialized Electronic Technologies. In his free time, Kurt enjoys spending time with his three children, outdoor activities, skiing, riding his motorcycle, and competing in triathlons, he has completed four full Ironman competitions.

Eitan Schwartz - Vice President, Ethernet Access

Eitan Schwartz began his RAD career in 1991 as manager of technical support in Israel. He later relocated to the United States and served in such capacities as director of technical services and vice president of engineering before heading up the company’s TDMoIP division. Prior to joining RAD, Schwartz was an academic officer in the test and telecommunications division of the Israeli Army. Earlier, he offered his technical skills as an assistant editor at TeleProductions, Inc. in New Orleans, after several years with Electricity Supply Commission of South Africa (ESCOM). Schwartz holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Tel Aviv. He also holds diplomas from the University of South Africa, and the Witwatersrand Technikon in datametrics and electronics technology respectively.

Paul L. Sweeney - Vice President of Finance

Paul Sweeney has been with RAD since 1995. Prior to joining RAD, Sweeney served for five years as the controller for Glasgal Communications. Formerly the vice president of finance and administration of USA Mobile Communications, Sweeney also served in positions of financial responsibility with NYNEX Mobile Communications and Amerada Hess Corporation. Sweeney is a Certified Public Accountant, an accreditation he earned while employed by Arthur Andersen & Company. Following four years of service in the US Navy, Sweeney pursued a bachelor's degree at Hofstra University where he graduated summa cum laude.
