Exclusions: For Airmux products, the warranty is two (2) years hardware / RADcare Basic Service. For optical SFPs/XFPs, cables, certain IPmux-24 configurations, and NON-RAD manufactured or labeled products, the hardware warranty duration is one (1) year from the date of shipment.”
