RAD Carrier Ethernet Expert to Address Comptel
Eitan Schwartz, Vice President of Ethernet Access, will speak at a session on “Managing Network Growth: Meeting Demands and Expectations.”
Eitan Schwartz, Vice President of Ethernet Access at RAD Data Communications, Inc., is among the telecommunications industry experts who are scheduled to address COMPTEL Plus Fall 2011, the convention and expo organized by the Competitive Communications Association, tomorrow in Orlando, Florida.
Schwartz will speak at a session entitled “Managing Network Growth: Meeting Demands and Expectations.” During his address he will identify four essential components for managing network growth: flexible interface options, traffic management, service validation and assurance, and performance monitoring. He will then explain why truly successful network growth can only be achieved by employing hardware-based OAM and traffic management that includes tools such as hierarchical scheduling and per-EVC shaping.
