For Ethernet over fiber deployment, RAD offers both Ethernet demarcation devices and media converters. Ethernet demarcation devices support end-to-end Quality of Service, Ethernet OAM, traffic control, and performance monitoring. They are necessary to ensure Ethernet service delivery with guaranteed service level agreements (SLAs). Ethernet media converters enable best-effort Ethernet connectivity. RAD also has Ethernet over fiber aggregation devices to fan out of Ethernet services from a central site. RAD’s Ethernet demarcation devices are part of the EtherAccess® product suite.
