Sales Executive – Carrier Sales

Location:

San Antonio, (preferred) or Dallas area

Position Responsibilities:

• Manage the carrier sales team

• High level positioning of RAD (at Director and VP levels)

• Develop sales opportunities within AT&T, Verizon and other carriers

• Develop RAD’s sales strategy to identify and pursue sales opportunities

• Provide detailed customer feedback to product marketing

Qualifications / Experience Requirements:

• Must possess deep contacts with AT&T and/or Verizon

• Must have a proven track record of selling WAN products to Tier I & Tier II carriers

• Established industry contacts at senior levels within key service providers

• Consistent top performance within previous sales positions

• Technical understanding of the telecom networking space

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a small organization

• Strong organizational skills

• Bachelor's degree, or extensive demonstrated experience. MBA a plus

• Must be passionate about the business and posses an entrepreneurial spirit

• Demonstrated ability to deliver against aggressive goals

• A hunter mentality

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

• Integrity, self-motivation, professionalism, and an ability to work well with others
