Performance Guarantee
RAD products are guaranteed to meet published specifications. The RAD "Performance Guarantee" further guarantees that our products will meet our customer's application requirements. This allows our customers to purchase RAD products with the assurance that they will meet their specific needs. To qualify for this additional guarantee, the application must be reviewed and approved by a RAD Systems Engineer. During the first 30 days, should a RAD product fail to meet the customer's application requirements, and after being given a reasonable amount of time to remedy the situation, the company will repair the equipment, replace it or offer a full refund. | ||
